This is our Basic (lunch-and-learn) Package for up to 20 people.
In this class, you'll also learn about:
- Historic cornmeal recipes like Corn Pone, Johnny Cakes, and Spoon Bread
- Local tribes’ maize traditions that shaped early cooking.
- The vital role enslaved Africans played in adapting and refining these recipes.
