In the History of Barbecue class, we explore the evolution of Virginian-style barbecue.

This is our Basic (lunch-and-learn) Package for up to 20 people.

In this class, you'll learn about:

• The convergence of Indigenous, Black, and European influences on our barbecue
• Meat preservation techniques used in barbecue
• Historic recipes featured in Virginian barbecue
