This is our Basic (lunch-and-learn) Package for up to 20 people.
In this class, you'll learn about:
- The convergence of Indigenous, Black, and European influences on our barbecue
- Meat preservation techniques used in barbecue
- Historic recipes featured in Virginian barbecue

- A 45-60 minute interactive presentation
- Samples from historic recipes
- Questions & Answer time
This is a brown bag session that does not include lunch and is best held outdoors.
