This is our Basic (lunch-and-learn) Package for up to 20 people.

In this class, you'll learn:

  • Meat preservation basics
  • Wet and dry curing methods
  • Historic recipes from around the world 
  • 19th century Williamsburg bacon recipe

What is included with the Basic Package:

  1. A 45-60 minute interactive presentation
  2. Samples from historic recipes
  3. Questions & Answer time

This is a brown bag session that does not include lunch and is best held outdoors.
